Emeraude Toubia

Emeraude Toubia is an Canadian Actress best known as a main character in the Freeform Fantasy series Shadowhunters and Venevision Television series Cosita linda & Voltea pa' which she is enamoured. Emeraude Toubia also is a talented dancer and model. She is a native of Montreal however, she grew up and attended school in Texas. The passion she has for dancing has been in her since childhood. She's been training in different dance styles since she was young. In her teens, she competed in beauty competitions. In 1999, she made her first on-screen appearance in Televisa's children's program El Mundo de los Ninos. Toubia gained fame after she made her debut in 2008 as competing in Nuestra Belleza Latina season two of Univision's beauty contest. Toubia made her acting debut in 2010as a receptionist in an episode of Telemundo's TV show Aurora. She appeared in the 2015 action-drama Tattooed Love, her debut film.
