Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy SURESH (born October 17 1992) is a popular Indian actress. Keerthy appears in Tamil films as well as Telugu films, and also in a few of Malayalam. She was awarded the National Film Award for Best Actress as the the role of actress Savitri in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). She has also won three SIIMA Awards as well as the Filmfare Award South. Keerthy, the daughter of Menaka G. Suresh and film producer G. Suresh Kumar is an aspiring actress. Her initial career path was a children's actress. After completing her studies in the field of Fashion Design, she was back to acting. In 2013, she was the leading role in Geethaanjali which was a film in Malayalam. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). Keerthy started working on films that weren't Malayalam in 2015. In addition, she signed to star in numerous Tamil films simultaneously. Although the movie did poorly in the theaters, her debut film is A. A. Vijay's romantic comedy Idhu Enna Maayam (2005) where she played alongside Vikramprabhu. A busy schedule during 2015 meant that she had choose to stay out of movies which she had already started making, such as Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye as well as Deekay's Kavalai Vendam, in order to make room for larger projects. She consequently made two films together with Sivakarthikeyan within a short time, Rajini Murugan and Remo as well as playing the main part on Prabhu Solomon's Thodari, alongside Dhanush.Her Telugu debut was planned to release in Ainaa Ishtam Nuvvu. The film's release was postponed in 2015 and is now expected to take place after September of 2020. The film will be released under an alternative title Janakitho Nauu. The first film to debut came out as Nenu Sailaja in 2016 with actor Ram Pothineni. Keerthy was the lead actress alongside Vijay In Bairavaa by Bharathan, which premiered on 17 January 2017.
