Ayanna is an activist, politician and advocate. In November 6, 2018, Ayanna was elected to represent Massachusetts 7th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, becoming the first female of color elected to Congress in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Ayanna believes the voices from those who suffer the most will be the ones to determine policies.
